Adding a New Member After Registration


Adding a new member mid-cycle may become necessary if an existing member introduces a friend or acquaintance to the group. We'll provide clear, step-by-step instructions on how to seamlessly add a new member to your DreanSave Group.

Steps to Adding a New Member

Using the Attendance Section

  1. Begin by logging in to your DreamSave Group Account.
  2. Tap on the Meetings tab and initiate a new meeting
  3. Navigate to the "Attendance" section.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to locate the "Add New Member to Group" option.
  5. Click on "Add New Member to Group" and confirm your intention to add a new member during an ongoing cycle.
  6. You will be prompted to select whether the new member is a "First Time User" or an "Existing User".
    1. First Time User:  Choose this option if the individual is using the DreamSave App for the first time.
    2. Existing User: Select this option if the individual is already a registered user on DreamSave under a Personal Profile.
  7. Assume the scenario where the new member is a "First Time User." Click "Next."
  8. Fill in the new member's details, including First Name, Last Name, Gender, and other relevant information.
  9. You have the option to add a photo of the new member immediately or at a later time.
  10. Create a profile for the new member by entering their Mobile Number, specifying whether they wish to receive text messages, and allowing them to set their passcode.
  11. If the new member is starting with an initial investment, you can record the amount here. Ensure the accuracy of this information.
  12. Select the new member's savings goal by tapping on the corresponding icon and enter the required amount.
  13. Click "Set Goal" and then proceed to click "Done," followed by "Done" again. Congratulations! You have successfully added a new member mid-cycle.

Using the Setup Section

  1. Navigate to the "Setup" section of your DreamSave Group.
  2. Click on "Member Profiles" and scroll down to the end of the page.
  3. Click on "Add New Member," and once again, the confirmation screen will appear. Confirm that you want to add a new member during the ongoing cycle.
Please keep in mind that, after a group has been registered, new members can only be added during a meeting. This ensures the integrity and transparency of your savings group.
