Creating Discussion Topics for Note-Taking During Meetings
In this article, we'll guide you through the process of creating discussion topics in DreamSave, allowing you to take notes efficiently during group meetings.
- While in a meeting, head over to the "Discussion Topics" section.
- Click on "Add New Topic".
- In the provided fields, enter a brief description for the topic to outline the subject of the discussion.
- Choose the relevant category or theme that best represents the topic.
- To confirm, click on "Create Topic".
The "Meeting Notes" section under the Closing Summary is not designed for taking notes during the meeting itself. This section is intended for storing reminders specific to that particular meeting. These reminders will be accessible in the Meeting History for future reference.
