A Guide to DreamSave Insights User Permissions and Roles

DreamInsights User Permissions

At DreamStart Labs, we pride ourselves on the bank-grade level of data privacy, protection and security that our users can rely on when choosing DreamSave for their digital record-keeping needs. For our NGO partners, DreamInsights™ offers an equal level of security to ensure that any given user is only able to access and view saving group data according to the permission level defined by the NGO account owner. 

The DreamInsights™ platform enables account owners to designate certain levels of permission to each user during the invitation process. A hierarchy of five user types, each associated with increasingly restricted permissions, is available to partners to select from. Custom user types can also be created by the account owner with bespoke permissions set as needed. See the below table for an overview of available user types to choose from on the platform:

Note that user-level permissions can only be edited or updated by a user with a more senior permission level. Users at the same level cannot edit the permissions of others or those with a higher rank.
