Editing Records from the Last Meeting

We'll guide you on how to edit records from the last meeting in DreamSave. Whether it's a correction in a member's shares, or any other adjustments, you can make necessary changes easily as a bookkeeper.

1. Start by logging into your DreamSave App and access the Meetings Tab.
2. Scroll down to find the "Previous Meetings" section.
3. Tap on the most recent meeting, which should be at the top of the list.
4. Choose "Re-Open Meeting" on the pop-up window that appears. Confirm the consequences of re-opening a meeting in another pop-up window by clicking "YES."
5. After confirmation, another window will appear stating "Meeting Re-Opened." Read the information and click "OK."
   
6. You can now make any sort of required adjustment during this meeting.
   

Frequently, bookkeepers tend to mistakenly enter incorrect member share information. To address this issue:

1. Go to the "Savings" section.
2. Locate the member's name and click on it.
3. Update the member's savings amount by making adjustments under "New Savings."
4. A pop-up window might appear asking you to confirm certain details. If the issue is solely related to savings, it's safe to proceed by clicking "YES." Confirm any other pop-up windows that may appear.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the "Savings" page and click "Done".

Any changes made will be immediately notified to the members of the Savings Group via SMS.

Once a meeting has officially ended, groups can review any previous meetings, but they can re-open and change records for the last meeting only.
