Introducing the Partner Reference Code
At DreamStart Labs, we know that our platform is just one part of the incredible work you do. Many of you have existing ID systems, legacy databases, and internal naming conventions that you’ve used for years.
To help DreamSave work in harmony with your established processes, we’ve introduced the Partner Reference Code field. This feature allows you to bridge the gap between your internal tracking and our platform data.
Why Use the Partner Reference Code?
Integrating your own IDs into DreamSave offers four primary advantages for your team:
- Seamless Group Identification: If you have your own ID system, you no longer need to "translate" between your codes and DreamSave Group Numbers. By entering your specific naming scheme into this field, you can identify groups instantly using the ID system your team already uses.
- Simplified Reporting: Data is only useful if it’s easy to analyze. When you export data to Excel from DreamInsights, your Partner Reference Code is also included. This helps simplify the tedious task of manually matching our exports to your internal datasets.
- Bridge the Gap Between Field and Office: Whether you are looking at legacy paper files in the field or an old database in the office, the Reference Code acts as a universal key. If a code is written on a physical file, you can find the corresponding digital group in DreamSave in seconds.
- Respecting Your Existing Workflow: We believe technology should adapt to you, not the other way around. This field ensures DreamSave acts as a natural extension of your current tools, allowing you to maintain your established workflows without having to reinvent the wheel.
