Updating a Member's Passcode

In this article, we'll guide you on how to assist a member in resetting their passcode from the group phone in DreamSave. Whether it's for security reasons or any other requirement, as a bookkeeper, you can help members reset their passcodes.
Warning
Changing a member's passcode requires internet access.
  1. Begin by logging into your DreamSave account.
  2. Navigate to "Member Profiles" within the Setup section.
  3. Find and select the member for whom you want to update the passcode.
  4. Click on "Security Information" and on "Change my passcode" 
  5. Allow the member to create and confirm a new passcode.
  6. After entering and confirming the new passcode, click "OK".
