Checking a Member's Savings Amount

In this article, we'll guide you on how to double-check a member's savings amount in DreamSave. Whether it's verifying a recent transaction or reviewing past meetings, we'll provide you with the steps to ensure accurate savings records.

For Current Meeting Transactions

You can quickly access the information during a meeting.
  1. Go to the "Savings" step at any time during the meeting.
  2. Locate and select the member you wish to consult the information for.
  3. Show the member their "Savings Transactions" to address any concerns.

For Past Meeting Transactions

If you wish to consult the information after closing a meeting, follow these steps:
  1. Access the "Setup" section within DreamSave.
  2. Click on "Member Passbooks".
  3. Choose the member whose savings you want to consult by clicking on their name.
  4. In the member's profile, click on the "Savings" tab.
  5. Show the member their "Savings Transactions" to address any concerns.
